Nearby access to hiking, biking, moose watching, and the Androscogon River for fly fishing. 25 miles to White Mountains and Appalachian Trail. Alpine sking at Sunday River snd Mount Abrams. XC skiing and snow shoeing on South Pond and other surrounding locations.
