Cute Grand Lake A-Frame cabin. 3 bedrooms - all with queen beds. One bedroom is in a fairly large loft area with a sink and 3/4 bath upstairs. There is also a fold out couch in the living room, so it could sleep 8, although 6 would be most comfortable. 1 and 3/4 bath. Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The park is wonderful in winter, fall or summer with many trails for hiking, skiing or snowshoeing. There is a golf course very near our house and it is groomed for nordic skiing in the winter. 45 minutes from Winter Park and 20 minutes from Sol Vista ski area. Grand Lake is a wonderful little village and in a beautiful area. We sometimes have moose wandering through our yard or in our neighborhood. Fall is prime elk bugling time in the park. This is our second home. We would be interested in Hawaii, Caribbean or Italy, but open to all considerations.

Interested in all offers, but particularly would like winter destinations such as Hawaii, Caribbean. We want to go to Hawaii or some island destination in the winter of 2011. We are traveling to Italy in September of 2011 and would be interested in any exchanges there as well.
