It is our primary home with new construction, stained glass, balcony, gardens and tennis court joined to older tower home. The main bedroom is large with a king size bed. It has 11 windows that look out on the water. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size bed. Third bedroom has single bed. Swim, fish, go boating, bike, walk to beautiful locations on Cape Ann. An old fishing town that attracts many painters and photographers to the special quality of the light and the vistas. Great restaurants. Boston is 36 miles away.
