Located in Glacier, WA. 20 minutes from the Mt. Baker Ski area in the winter, and right in the middle of pristine alpine and wilderness hiking and climbing in the summer.

The property is a house built in 2006 that I use as a vacation home primarily for skiing in the winter. It is very comfortable with gas and electric heating, gas stove, and all modern conveniences. There is a foosball table and a downstairs pseudo-apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom where kids or people can stay, hang out, make noise, or whatever.

Mt. Baker is where snowboarding was born. There's a lot of snowboarding history here. The back country skiing at Mt. Baker is exceptional, Powder magazine calls it some of the best.

Mt. Baker ski area has TONS of snow. In '98 it set the WORLD snowfall record and we were open for several weekends during that summer.

In the summer the hiking is excellent. Just out the door you can find hikes that takes you to glaciers, peaks, and waterfalls, and if you're into mountain climbing you're at the doorstep of Mt. Baker, Shuskan Mountain, and others.
