Located across from U of F college and Seminary school. YMCA, local pool, resturants, parks all within 1 mile of our house, most within walking distance. Our home features hardwood floors in all but 2 rooms, an unfinished but useable basement, an unfinished attic a a 1 car attached garage. Gas forced heat and gas self-cleaning stove. Refrig has in-door ice/water maker. Neighbors are great and friendly. Kids are able to play down the streets and sidewalks without issues. Great place to live and visit. |
