California style home with wood beam ceilings and plenty of glass windows. New kitchen! In suburban Northern Virginia close to all the all the sights and free museum’s. Washington is 12 kilometers from our door step. A short walk to public transportation that will take you almost everywhere in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We have two cars to share. Community swimming pool access and Tennis Courts. A quiet tree shaded neighborhood with lovely neighbors.

Plenty of photos to send you to review. We are flexible on our dates as we will also be traveling in the area so a two, three or four week exchange would be sufficient for us. Would like to exchange with an automobile but it is not required.
Daughter will be studying in Bulgaria and her vacation is from the beginning of Dec 2012 to the first part of Jan 2013. My wife and I would like to visit her during this period. Would love to share our home with another adventurer how would love to see the pageantry of Washington during the Christmas season.

We have owned our home since 1987. My wife (Joan) and I have one daughter who is a Junior in college and is an exchange program to Bulgaria this coming year. Norm is retired and Joan still does home day care.
