Exchange Zones

We live in a guard gated community high up top a mountain. The neighborhood has sweeping views of many mountains and the towns below, and the Pacific ocean. There is a gated pool, child pool and jacuzzi with views, as well as a clubhouse, gym, playground and 3 tennis courts. Our home is 2100 sq feet and has 2 stories. An open,newly updated kitchen and eating area, as well as a dining room, half bathroom, living and family room are on the first floor. The second floor has a master bedroom with large bathroom, including extra large jacuzzi tub. There are 3 bedrooms and one other bathroom. All being used as child's rooms. They include a queen bed, a bunk bed and a room with a single bed and crib. The backyard has some grass and a covered patio with table, and palm trees. The town is north of San Diego with many activities close by. Legoland, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, playgrounds, golf, and hiking trails all close by. Beaches are 25 minutes drive. The weather is moderate with sun most days and a cool breeze from the ocean.
