Our lovely home is in a gated community of 550 single-family houses set in beautiful landscape amongst palm trees and lakes. Just around the corner from our home is the community's resort-style heated swimming pool and spa with loungers, tables and chairs, and under-cover upholstered seating. Adjacent to the pool area is the magnificent clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, billiards room, library, card rooms, and ballroom/theater. Within this same recreation area are six well-maintained clay (har-tru) tennis courts. The minimum age for residency in this community is 55.
Our Mediterranean-style house was built in 2000. It has high ceilings and is fully air-conditioned. With stylish furnishings and sophisticated art, it still has a feel-good casual home charm. The dining room comfortably seats six people and leads to the spacious living room area with large screen TV and CD/DVD player. The master bedroom, with built-in clothes closet exclusively for guest use, has a king-size bed (actually two adjustable single/twin beds side by side), two large night stands and two bedside tables, two large screen TVs (one with headphones), plus DVR to record programs and a DVD player. The beautiful ensuite bathroom has his and her vanities, Roman bathtub, separate shower, and separate toilet. The attractive guest bedroom has a queen bed, large nightstand/chest, built-in closet, armoire and large screen TV. There is a guest bathroom/toilet next to the guest bedroom. We also have two spacious dens, one with a sofa bed (queen) and small screen TV, and both with computer and internet. The recently updated kitchen has plenty of counter space, a table and four chairs, and all new appliances, plus a small screen TV. There is a separate laundry room (no TV!). The screened patio has a table with four dining chairs, and two lounge chairs. A second entrance to the house is through the integral garage. Our Cadillac STS, automatic, air-conditioned, with sliding sunroof is available for exchange. Cleaner comes every two weeks. This is a no-smoking home. We have a very comprehensive house manual so that you will know much more than you will probably need!
