Our home is located in central Davis and is within a 10 minute bike ride from downtown - plus walking distance to two shopping center and the University of Davis.

We are in a quiet neighborhood just blocks away from parks, public tennis courts and city pools. Open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows looking into the backyard. Very kid friendly with a good size play room, outdoor play structure and an indoor rope swing.

The city of Davis is a friendly university town, known for being very bikeable and having one of the best weekly farmer's markets in the nation. The city has lots of little shops and restaurants to choose from and is a 20 minute drive to Sacramento, less than 1.5 hours to San Francisco and 2 hours to Lake Tahoe.

My husband Scott works in the area of environmental policy and I run a small advertising firm for businesses in downtown Sacramento.
