We have an extremely clean one-bedroom/one-bathroom condo about 6 minutes drive from downtown Dallas or 20 minutes by bus. In order to swap you must have similar sensibilities regarding cleanliness. NO SMOKERS!!! The condo has a designers touch when it comes to the decor...with many items collected over the years, creating an eclectic modern-traditional vibe.

There is a comfortable queen sized bed, several air mattresses, cable television, fireplace, several pools, large flat screen television, hi-speed internet, etc. Should you choose to prepare your own meals the kitchen is equipped with top of the line cutlery, mixer/blender, and includes several sets of pots and pans. If you want to venture out, there are countless restaurants in the area.

For those who like to party Deep Ellum, Downtown Dallas, Lower Greenville, etc. are less than 10 minutes away.

We are about 3 minutes drive to White Rock Lake where there is always sailing, boating, and fishing. Also, there are several major grocery stores and strip malls just minutes away.

Dallas/Fort Worth has lots of attractions including Cowboy Stadium, Six Flags, State Fair of Texas, Speed Zone, Museum of Arts, Sculptor Garden, Botanical Gardens, Aquarium, Dallas Zoo, etc. You are sure to find something you love doing/seeing in Dallas/Fort Worth.
