Two BRs consist of master with queen bed and separate bath; smaller other BR has twin bed and separate bath. Also large LR-DR combination; large kitchen; den and office with high speed fiberoptics and wireless in house; large cable TV and DVD player. Suburbia but very urban feel, 5 min.walk to lakefront and restaurants, art gallery, coffee shop and post office; mall across the street. Very progressive community with many amenities; larger lake close by has boat rentals, fishing. Half an hour's drive to Baltimore; one hour to Washington DC; 45 minutes to Chesapeake Bay; 1.5 hours to mountains of West Virginia. Very pleasant upscale area.

One minor child is welcome; no pets, sorry. Pictures are previous owner's sale listings; appearance is very similar today with modern furniture.
