English Cottage type home in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains(2300' level). In the heart of the Gold Country and 50 min. to a ski resort & Truckee, CA. Lake Tahoe is less than 70 min.
The home is on top of a hill with a view of tree tops and Sierras. The master bedroom is 900 sq. ft. w/ beautiful views. There are 2 master bedrooms, downstairs is much smaller. Kitchen is 4 yrs. old and roomy. Laundry room is indoors.
