Exchange Zones

We are 3 hours from San Fransisco, 2 1/2 hours from Tahoe, and 3 hours from the Napa Valley wine region.

We have a 1600 sqft home. We are 1/2 mile from beautiful parks with endless hiking. We live at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains in a small town (80K people) that houses a university. There are lots of local unique places to eat, a quaint downtown, and close to endless outdoor recreation (kayaking, rivers, camping, hiking, horse back riding, etc.).

Use of our SUV is available, which seats five. You can also use our camping equipment (tent, stove, sleeping bags, etc.) if you want to explore the mountains nearby. The house has a King sized bed in 1 room, bunk beds in another, and a crib in the third, but we have a cot that can be used for another bed. The home is nicely decorated with leather couches and a big screen TV. We also have a gas BBQ, and 3 bikes (1 mens mountain bike, 1 cruiser bike, one teen bike, and a bike trailer that fits 2 little kids).
