Hardwood floor, ceiling fan…….…. 5 windows facing the park/lake……Internet access……Wifi hotspots at park/beach also…. new, superior radiator heating……gas stove…… laundry room right next to studio….excellent security…..security camera…. double bolt locks……Leona's restaurant security next door Very quiet… One hears crickets & red cardinals…. .Racoons, birds & squirrels sometimes visit windows. No doorman, air conditioning , television or couches…… Not fancy….. Minimal furniture…. Plenty of room to place your belongings.. 2 superior lazy boy recliners, 1 single futon……6 foot long kickboxing bag and stand and plenty of hand weights for exercise needs…….. All handyman tools and stationery Ground floor provides very fast entry & exit to studio/streets. 3 speed bicycle, Toyota Solara available for your usage… Easy parking in the streets before 7 pm..
