The Chevy Chase neighborhood where we are located is universally considered to be one of the nicest residential neighborhoods in the Washington DC metropolitan area. While close to the heart of Washington, DC, the house is remarkably secluded. Additional facts about the house follow:

(A sixth bedroom, located on the second floor, has been converted into a home office).
