We have a 1 bed 1 bath oversized (was renovated from a handicap unit) apt on the ground floor of a apt complex. The apt features hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, open kitchen dining room with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. We also have a full size washer/dryer and a covered patio. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and we have a twin size couch as well as an air mattress so if you had 4 or less people it could work comfortably. The apt complex has a pool with gas grills, tables and is in walking distance of a beautiful park and playground.

Dilworth (a section in the metro area of Charlotte) began as Charlotte's first streetcar suburb, because of it's proximity to uptown (1.2 miles) easy access of public transportation including the CATS and LNYX light rail. The streets of Dilworth feature stately, mature oak trees, sidewalks, and houses with front porches. East Boulevard serves as the main thoroughfare through the neighborhood, and divides the residential. East Boulevard is lined with restaurants, offices and shops. We are 3 blocks from East Blvd. Charlotte is a very pet friendly city.
