My husband and I live in SC. We are a middle aged retired couple that loves to travel and experience different places. We own several properties that we would like to offer to other property owners for a vacation exchange. These are our second homes, so we are open to exchange almost anytime for your travel plans. If you have any interest in beach front property we have a 3BR/ 3 BA Penthouse Condo located at Folly Beach in the Charleston, S.C. area. We also have two lake homes on Keowee Lake in Seneca, S.C. located at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Ashville N.C. One home is located at the Cliffs at Keowee Falls, a Golf Resort with lake ,waterfall and breathtaking mountain views! Our other lake home is located on 500' of lake front with a boat dock and pontoon boat. Extra amenities come with the properties. All are million dollar properties plus we have great weather here to enjoy almost anytime throughout the year. The closest airports to our lake home properties are Atlanta(ATL), Greenville/Spartanburg(GSP) or Charlotte(CLT). All within 1 to 2 hours away. The nearest airport to our Folly Beach condo is Charleston(CHS).

We have been married for sixteen years...We are very out going and love life. We have between us four grown adult childern and there wifes with four beauitful greandchildern.We have been very blessed. We are in the age of fifty- sixty years of age.
We own four lovly home's that we take much pride and care of. We bought these properties close to home to share family times together. My husband ownes a Textile company, Hotel on the coast. I have a hobby in Decortating Homes, and real Estate Investment.
