Our home is in a great neighborhood which is very safe, great neighbors close to shopping, walking distance to the park and great access to the freeway, we are very centrally located, we have added links to the town of Carlsbad, and San Diego for you convenience.
We have a 2 story home Spanish style very popular in this area. We sit in a very quiet neighborhood, our home is 2655 sq.ft. With an attached 3 car garage, we have 4bedroom one is used for an office for our businesses with a full bathroom.


The other 3 bedrooms;
2 bedrooms have full size beds and share full bathroom
master bedroom has a California king size bed and has own full bathroom, the office has computer and fax machine

All bedrooms have a TV with cable and DVD and CD players.
Family room has a 52 inch screen TV with a great CD and DVD library and surrounds sound. We have a great kitchen with a kitchen table for everyday meals.

We have a dinning room as well as outside b.b.q island which make it easy to cook during the summer and with the San Diego weather all year long!!!

This neighborhood has a great pool 2 min. walk, practically across the street from our home, is only used by the immediate neighborhood home owners which have 2 pools and a great area to have a great picnic.

We are about 3 miles form the best beaches around.
