This new Vacation home is a luxurious Lodge built in 2008. It is located on the side of the Cahutta overlook mountain with 80 mile views from the 30x20 outdoor deck. You can even see the Highest point in Georgia (Brasstown Bald Mountain) almost 80 miles away. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has stainless appliances, hard wood floors thru-out, pine wall interior and a 24 foot tall wood burning fireplace as the center piece of the living room. It comes with a 2008 Polaris 500 4-wheeler for exploring the surrounding trails and a small pond with bass and trout just a stones throw from the house. For a secluded get away on this 4.5 acre estate, there is no property in Fanin county that is nicer.
