Hi! I am looking to do an exchange rather than paid accommodation. I live in one of the most fun and populated cities in the United States, Baltimore. It is very close to Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and New York as well. I own my own home in the heart of the city. There are many shops, bars, restaurants, salons, a promenade, outdoor parks, yoga, gyms, dance studios, etc. within walking distance (within a half mile). My neighborhood is called Belvedere. See http://www.belvederesquare.com. Or, for more on Baltimore itself, http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g60811-Activities-Baltimore_Maryland.html or http://baltimore.org. There is a bus stop 400 feet from my house (right out front of my community), which can take you anywhere else in the city you want to go. You would have a fully furnished bedroom with a queen sized bed and a fully furnished house with two house mates, two females in their twenties who are wonderful and friendly. There are two full bathrooms in the home. Also cable and internet access, a washer and dryer, and dishwasher as well as stove and all other kitchen appliances. Meals are included sometimes when we cook together and have meals with one another (the roommates). I think you would have a lovely time here.
Because I would like someone from Australia to stay in my home free of charge, what I would like in exchange is to stay in a room in your home for a year free of charge. My boyfriend would be staying in the room with me. We are both incredibly respectful people. I hope that you have a room for me and might be open to the offer. I am looking to travel September 2013, but this is flexible. Your date can be flexible as well. You are welcome to travel really anytime to my home for a year. I am open to one or two guests as long as you are willing to share a queen sized bed. Look forward to hearing from you!
