Bohemia skihill (largest skihill in the Midwest,) close access to a snowmobile trail from the house. You can ski & snowshoe out the front door. You can also just stay in our cozy log home and appreciate true winter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. For a non- simultaneous exchange if desired. You can come and experience our gorgeous summers, temperatures average mid- 70's. Though it's hotter in July & August often. Numerous beaches. The nearest public beach is 3 miles on an inland lake. Also a close beach 5 miles to Lake Superior. 6 miles to a nearby golf course. Excellent mountain biking area.
