Newer home with a mountain view located on a tree-lined street in a pleasant neighborhood. Our two-story house has master bedroom and bath downstairs and a second bedroom and bath upstairs. Ashland boasts a famous Shakespeare Festival from February to November. The town is located in the Rogue Valley and is surrounded by two mountain ranges. The area is known for fishing, boating, skiing, kayaking and floating down the Rogue River. There are many mountain trails for hiking and biking. There are also many nice restaurants and wineries in the area.
