We are centrally located close to Washington DC and New York City. Our house is about 30 minutes from Washington DC, the capitol, by metro. The White House, Smithsonian Institute, and grand monuments are in DC. We are two hours from New York by train. There are so many things to do close to home and so many wonderful day trips. Virginia was one of the original colonies so this is an area rich in colonial history. There are a lot of local wineries, battlefields, and charming cities within a 30 minute drive. Golf is near. Busch Gardens, a huge amusement park and water park is a fun filled day trip. Shopping and restaurants are 10 minutes away. There is a gym, walking trails and a pool in my friendly neighborhood.

Our house is in a friendly neighborhood with walking trails, gym and pool. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 have a queensize bed and the master has a kingsize bed. Our house is lovely and comfortable with hard wood floors,large well stocked kitchen, internet, big HD tvs with dvd players and a lovely stone patio in our relaxing backyard.
