Lovely, four-bedroom home in residential neighborhood of Anchorage. Use as your base to explore the magnificent beauty of Alaska. Anchorage is a metropolitan city of almost 300,000 with museums, international cuisine, access to bike and hiking trails, golfing and midnight sun in the summer time. Wilderness is only 20 minutes away, including mountain vistas, hiking and more. World-class fishing, kayaking, glaciers, wildlife only 2 hours away. Consider this your base for exploring places such as Denali, Alaska. Car exchange possible. You will have access to bikes and camping and fishing gear. We are looking for a home exchange in Italy in May 2012.

Our stay was unforgettable

My wife and me spent two weeks in this house in August. The owners helped us in any thing we needed regarding the house, the city and the state. They were more tan helpfull but very friendly. The house is beautifull and very well kept and the description that the owners give is accurate. The house itself and the neighborhood are of high quality. If we have the chance to come back to Alaska for sure we will contact them again. We strongly recommend this property.
