A charming family home set in private grounds off the road. The house was built in 1897 and we take great pride in our home and would do the same with any home we exchange to. We have gardens on three sides of the house and we are 10 minute walk to train station with trains to Liverpool, Chester and beyond. We live on the coast with a 15/20 minute walk to New Brighton promenade with it's coffee shops, bistros, multi plex cinema, theatre and casino. We live within a 25 minute drive to Chester, 40 minutes to North Wales and can be in the Lake District within 1 hour thirty minutes. From Liverpool there are daily ferry crossings to Ireland and Isle of Man.

We are May & Les, both early retirees and experienced home exchangers. We have two daughters who live in Sydney which is where we would like to spend time between November '13 and April '13. Of course we realise that this period may have to be made up of multiple exchanges.
