Gelliwastad Grove is a quiet area of Pontypridd. Pontypridd was Tom Jones' home town and is situated very centrally, it is close to the Rhondda Valley, famous for its coal mining, Cardiff, Wales' capital and full of beautiful museums, architecture and of course the Millenium Stadium where Wales recently completed the Grandslam of rugby ( Welsh National SPort)!
The house iteslf is a 3 storey , Victorian house with 7 large bedrooms. It is within walking distance of Ynysygharad park with tennis courts, cricket pitches and an outdoor swimming pool and play area. Pontypridd itself has a golf course, restaurants and a large shopping centre but it remains a small Welsh town with a market every Saturday and Wednesday. The house is within easy walking distance of both bus and train links.It is a family home. one with all the comforts expected of a large family home with forestry behind and lovely walks all around. |
