Modern, comfortable 3 bed, 2 bath + downstairs WC house in British Channel Islands; 100 yards from beach, beautiful harbour and famous protected environemtnal RAMSAR area. 12 miles to France with several ferries daily.
The island is very well connected by air to London, Paris, and many UK cities; by Ferry to the UK and France (several destinations for both). This is a great place for a family holiday; There is a sit-on-top double kayak which we use constantly to fish and visit the nearby islands - available as part of the swap; a 19 ft fishing boat + outboard could be available to demonstrated ability (the waters are rocky and treacherous to unexperienced boaters). The house is really nice, with small garden and patio for BBQs. We use the beach more though. In the house there are two double rooms and a twin. The house is in great condition and has everything you could need for a great holiday. A family car (manual gears) could be available as part of the swap. |
