Holyrood Park is practically on the doorstep and stunning views of Arthurs Seat are afforded from the spacious lounge (see photograph). Our unique location ensures that guests can access Festival Venues, The Royal Mile, Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle within minutes of leaving the accommodation. Princes Street and Waverley Rail Station are both a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment was fully refurbished in December 2009. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.

The fully fitted kitchen has a full size fridge and seperate full size freezer, washing machine, microwave oven (in addition to conventional cooker), toaster etc.etc. There is a dining table which seats 4.

The large lounge has a colour television with additional freeview channels, dvd and vidio players, stereo system, and a selection of movies and books for your entertainment. Double sofa-bed for additional guests.

There is one double bedroom and the bathroom has a full size bath and power-shower.

Entry to the apartment is via secure electronic fob-key and phone system.
