Beautiful, much loved flat in very sought after area of Edinburgh. Near to lovely parks and city centre. All mod cons, TV, DVD, Broadband, gas cooker, fridge freezer. Recently renovated kitchen and living room. Brand new bed and generally very well kept flat! Local ammenities are excellent, Cinema (3 independant cinemas within 10 minutes walk), 2 very good supermarkets within 2 mins walk (M&S and Waitrose), excellent shops locally. Very easy to get into and out of city centre. Perfect place for touring Scotland in the summer or staying in Edinburgh International festival.
