Our three bedroom family home is a charming Victorian mid-terrace property built in the late 1860’s. It boasts many original features including high ceilings, original fireplaces and hardwood flooring. It is also equipped with many mod cons thanks to a recent refurbishment, including a bright, spacious kitchen with sliding doors to a landscaped garden where you can enjoy peaceful afternoons and BBQs under the pergola.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedrooms has a double bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds.
Downstairs it has a a c comfortable open plan stting room with TV/wii games/xbox etc and a second sitting area in the back.
There is bright modern kitchen which opens out into a west facing garden. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs. There are bicycles available, table tennis, basketball and football equipment. The house is located 10mn walk from the historical centre of Cambridge and 5 mn to the station where you can reach London in 45 mn (4 trains per hour).
