Our home is in a very lively, central area of Istanbul (Asian side/Kadiköy). The public transportation options are also good.
It's a 2nd floor flat, 120m2 with one master bedroom and one guest bedroom. The spacious living room is lovely to spend time at and the kitchen provides all the normal cooking facilities. There is an additional small study but we might need to use that to store our "stuff" (clothes etc) to give space to guests in case of a swap. the home is ideal for a young couple because there are shops & bars all around the area, and because of the bars being open late the nights may feel noisy in the master bedroom. Finally there is a small balcony but it's not well equipped (2 small chairs) and the view is not great. But enough to have a smoke or dry a blanket. Gym next door has a pool if you sign up for membership. Busses, metro, ferry etc. are 10min walk from the flat and will take you anywhere. |
