Our apartment is a bright 3 bedroom penthouse apartment in the most prestigious site in Kusadasi. It’s a sea-front complex, at the popular Marina area of the town. On site, there’s a communal swimming pool, 24x7 security and maintenance personnel and a small shop for daily needs.

Our penthouse apartment is at the 4th and 5th floor (top story) of the apartment block (lift is available), offering aprx. 140 m2 living space. On the first floor, there’s living room with front balcony, kitchen, wc, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and a back balcony. On the second floor, there’re 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious terrace. On both floors, you’ll enjoy nice sea views.

We’ll be happy to do car exchange as well, we can offer a Toyota Auris (2008 model).


About the town (Kusadasi)

Kusadasi is tourist town at the Aegean cost (west cost of Turkey), well known for its culture, heritage, night life and historical places around. For example Ephesus is 20 km drive, where you can visit the House of Virgin Mary and the Cave of Seven Sleepers

The nearest airport is Izmir, which is a 50 minutes drive by car.

There are 4 main beaches in Kusadasi:
City Beach; this is in walking distance to our apartment, and is a small but not crowded beach.
Ladies Beach: 2 km’s long sandy beach with a promenade with restaurants and bars.
Kustur Beach: There are direct buses in front of our site, and it takes 5 minutes by bus. Kustur is a sandy beach.
Long Beach: A sandy beach in Kusadasi, which is 20 km’s long. Driving there takes 10 minutes.

For those who enjoy the going out and night life, Kusadasi has a lot to offer. There are plenty of bars and restaurants for every taste. Needless to say, you’ll enjoy one of the best sea food around here.

From Kusadasi you can make day-trips to: Izmir city, Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary & The Seven Sleepers, Sirince (authentic village famous with its wines), Bodrum (popular tourist town), Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Samos (there are daily boats to Greek island), Kusadasi Friday & Wednesday Markets, Adaland and Aqua Fantasy (Europe’s one of the largest 2 water parks), the National Park in Davutlar.
