Our loft has a spectacular view of the sea, mountains and the city. The terrace is 25 m2 with a barbeque and there is a bedroom with a double bed, an open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator a bathroom with shower, toilet, 24 hours hot water and washing machine, a 30 m2 living room in the flat. There is also a Hi-fi unit, TV, satellite unit, telephone and air conditioning unit (with both hot and cold air capability) present in our flat. The apartment flat that we use for our guests and exchange is located at the western region of the city. It is just 300 meters from the beach.10 minutes to the downtown

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a retired couple. My wife, Handan, was an art teacher and I, Sezer, am also on pension as a middle sized business - man. We have two children. Our daughter, Hande (31), is a city planner and for the time being completing her master thesis. Our son, Serdar (34), is an architect and is living in Vienna, Austria. After this phase in our lives, the children flying on their own and leading their own lives, we started traveling more. Our short holidays became real travels, getting more detailed and longer. Other than these travels, to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain. Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Egypt, various cities in Europe, in the last years we made 11 home-exchanges. We exchanged houses with families from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Stockholm, Niece, Budapest, Prague, Paris,Barcelona,Madrid,Bratislava and Bahamas.
