Shophouse with restaurant,hairdress,massage,foot therapy,shop,laundry outside of the securitygate.Famous Pattaya and Jomptien beach 6 km.Walkingstreet and beachroad with special nightlife,music shows and cabares one of kind 6 km.Nearest Thai market and Seveneleven 300 meters,biger shopingcenters 4 km.Gym 1 km,best golf club 5 km (Siam Country Club,Asian Tour court),other 20-30 courts around. Maybe the worlds best wonderfu elephant show,waterpark,crocodile park,huge UnderwaterWorld,floating market and tens of others nearby Nearest island Koh Larn 4 km with boats from Pattaya Bali High Harbour,famous Koh Samet 40 km,Bangkok 120 km motorway. In Thailand transportation and everythin else is low priced.Car and motorbike exchange is welcome.Hospitaly ecxchane for one or two is welcome and non-simultaneous too.
