Luxurious and spacious well-equipped modern villa in a quiet village overlooking Lake Lugano on the Swiss/Italian border. There are fantastic views over the lake and the mountains. There are many hiking trails nearby and the scenery is fantastic.
In summer the weather is great and it is a good spot for relaxed vacationing or exploring south of the alps and northern Italy
Heated outdoor pool, large garden with mountain stream and separate barbecue and entertainment area. Easy access with elevator from the garage.
The house is about 10 miles from the center of Lugano and the airport. Alternatively Milan Malpensa airport is one hour away.
