Hello!

I am looking for an apartment swap between the 25:th of July, to the 14:th of August.

I live in an neat Stockholm apartment in one of the most charming parts of the city, Gärdet.

Gärdet is a very green part of Stockholm.
From the apartment, there is a five minute walk to one of the biggest parks in Stockholm (Gärdet park), a twenty minute walk to Djurgården which is the national city park, and a thirty minute walk to the city center, with many good restaurants and shopping (Östermalm).

Gärdet is a very calm area with a lot of elders and families, but for those looking for parties, there is a very fast connection to the hipster area (Södermalm).
From Gärdet subway station, there is approximately a 10 minutes ride to the subway station Slussen which is the main hub at Södermalm.

There is a 5 minute ride to the absolute center of Stockholm.
There is a train leaving every ten minutes or so, and the subways are working until 1 AM on weekdays, and all night on weekends.

The apartment itself is only 27 square meters, but there are two rooms (one kitchen and one bedroom). The bedroom has a double bed for two persons, and is 160 cm wide. There is an extra mattress available for a third person.

I have a full equipped kitchen with an owen, microwave owen, refrigerator and a freezer. The bathroom has a shower. I have 100mbit internet, but no television. There isn't a dishwasher in the apartment. There are several washing machines that are free to use in the basement.

There are two supermarkets close to the apartment. One small, and one huge. The small one is on the same street, while the bigger is 10 minutes by foot.
