City villa, 1,5 km to downtown and city beach. We have a nice garden for barbeque and relaxing.
Our home is a nice light house with a large livingroom with a open fire for cozy evenings and also a diningroom for eating. Since we love cooking the kitchen is fully equipped for gourmetcooking also with dishwasher and other machines neccesaary and also a nice espresso.

On top floor: two single bedrooms and one bedroom with a doublebed. A hallway with computerdesk and a full bathroom with both tub and shower.
On entrance floor: Kitchen and diningroom wich easily fits 10 people, a small toilet and a livingroom with two settings of sofas, one by the fireplace and with tv, the other one with coffeetable.
Downstairs: One single bedroom.
Cellar: Laundaryroom with washmachin and dryer. A small toilet, a shower and a Finnish sauna.

Since we are a family we are well equipped for children with toys, games etc. age 6-12.
If needed we also have a babychair.

In our garden we grow veggies and fruits, hopefully the raspberries, strawberries, sallads and tomateos are ready for you to pick and enjoy.

Landskrona is a small town and very bikefriendly. In our garage there are 7 bikes (5 adult and one for a 9/10 year old) which you can use to see the surroundings or go to the beach. In the summer we take the bikes to the beach, the beach we like best is 25 minutes away (biking) but there is also one downtown (5 minutes with the bike).
We also go by bike to Helsingborg (1 hour biking with a beautiful scenary by the coastal line).

If you smoke you are allowed to do so outside in the garden.

We have a driveway on our property so you can park the car.
If you are coming with plane, we are only ten minutes (walking) from the trainstation, there is also a bus. The easiest to reach airport is Copenhagen, direct train every hour wich takes less than an hour, it takes longer with car...
