New flat in Valencia, bought for my son, now a university student. Fully high quality equipped. 50 inch television, high speed (100 mb) internet connexion, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine... Car parking , car swap preferred.
The flat is very well communicated:The historical city centre is only 10 minutes'. walking distance, monuments, shops, restaurants ,... The old riverbed, now a green area is 200 metres away and you can take a nice walk upwards to the zoo or downwards to the City of Arts and Science, the newest buildings in Valencia.and, on e other hand, the bus stop is 100 metres away and so is the tram stop that will take you the beach in 14 minutes. Valencia is near the most famous beaches on the Mediterranean, Cullera, Gandia, even Benidorm is only at a one hour drive. Barcelona is 350 km away or three hours by car. Madrid is also 350 away but you can get there in just 1 hour 50 minutes on the AVE (super fast train). I recommend to visit Toledo, as well, a few minutes on the AVE from Madrid.
Spain is a wonderful place for enjoying the best cuisine. Tapas, paella or sangria,are now universal words. Splendid wines at affordable prices and great variety of beers. But you will have problems to find kosher food or restaurants.
