Seeking a long term (six months to a year) swap to London. We own a two bedroom flat in the town of Selva, a quiet picturesque town of around 5,000 in the north of the island. Our flat is brand new and newly furnished too. It comes with a private parking place, private terrace upstairs with superb views of the mountains, telephone, internet... all you need to live comfortably. Selva is by no means a touristy place, you will be sorrounded by native Spanish folk.

It would be a great opportunity for a retired single or couple who want to disconnect for a while, or someone on a sabbatical. We are a young couple moving to London to a fantastic job one of us has been offered. Palma is 30 minutes away by car and so is the beach of Alcudia. Within a five minute walk there is a great restaurant set on the highest part of town from which you can see great sunsets. This is a postcard town, it really is.
