Is a studio apartment with a double bed and sofa bed, integrated kitchen, eating area with table and chairs and a private bathroom. The space in the apartment doubles thanks to a spacious terrace (40 m2), which is particularly pleasant during the summer. Capacity for up to 4 people. Supply all needed for a comfortable stay, we have linen and towels for you, as well as hair dryer. We will be pleased to provide you with city guides, maps, tips of local places of interest and helpful suggestions of how to make the most of your stay.

There is much to choose from in terms of dining and leisure options. The Princesa boulevard, full of clothes shops, is only a few steps away and the Parque del Oeste, the "green lung" of the district, is also very close by.

You have everything at hand. The subway is available from the airport which takes about 40 minutes to the nearest stations to the building Moncloa. All transport facilities at hand. Bus is also close if you wish to visit other cities and attractions such as Avila, El Escorial o La Sierra de Navacerrada.
