I'd like to swap my nice apartment in Madrid (spain) for an apartment New York City for 2 or 3 months starting in December, Dates are negociable.
My apartment is right in the center city, 5 minutes walking form Puerta del sol. It's located in Madrid de las Austrias one of the best neighbourhood. It's perfect for one or two persons. It has one bedroom, a living room with all the fournitures (oven, fridge, washing machine etc), internet. Really quiet and all new. The neighbourhood is really nice (you can see some pics in the ad) and you can go walking to all the famous places puerta del sol., congress, royal palace, retiro. During the night you can go to all the tapas places and clubs and bars , they are all in the neighbourhood. It's totally safe and you can go out and come back home whenever you want. The closest metro stations are : Sol, Antón Martin and Sevilla. If you want to discover Madrid suburb or other cities, Atocha station where you can take is just 15 minutes walking. |
