Exchange Zones

Beautiful and sunny 2 floor apartment in the Malasana area, the most young and lively neighbourhood in Madrid. The house is isolated from any noise from the outside so you'll be comfortable wether you like to go out or not. You´ll have 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a huge (and I mean HUGE!) sofa in the living room and a BREATH TAKING terrace as well with a full Madrid view. Washing machine, oven, dishwasher and WIFI included. You can set the heating at your own pleasure. Up to 5 people can sleep in the house.

We´re 2 travellers going to New York from Christmas or January until May. We can be flexible in order to make both your and our dates match. Your children and pets are welcome. The area is right in midtown, so you have all the shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, etcetera nearby. I can recommend you great places to go also if you wanna travel around, our mountains and lakes outside the city are awesome. You´re less than 30 minutes away by subway from all the main stations, including the airport.
