The condominium is situated in the famous area of Los Austrias, where you can find the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral. It is in La Latina neghborhoog, right at La Latina Square, where the famous El Rastro flea market starts on Sundays. It is very close to Cava Baja, the place to be if you want to enjoy our tapas along with some drinks Spanish style, and nearby Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, where KM 0 of all roads in Spain starts.

At La Latina Square there is a taxi rank, several bus stops and the very convenient underground station of La Latina. You can easily come from the airport by taxi –some 30 euro and no more than an hour, depending on the traffic- or by underground, with two changes and a small supplement on the fare, but it will be less than 2 euro if you buy a ticket for 6 or 10 trips, always wise as you can also use it for busses.

In the surrounding streets you can also find many shops and some of the most famous restaurants in Madrid, like Casa Botin, Casa Lucio y Malacatín, or some other cheaper ones but also very good like Casa Rodriguez in street Maldonas, way to squares La Latina and Cascorro. You’ll find supermarkets, a very big grocery market, an indoor swimming pool and a gym, both just in front of the well-known La Latina Theatre.
