It is a lovely double-glazed one-bedroom studio, with an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room. There is one bathroom and one balcony facing a beautiful garden.

Wooden floor in the living room and bedroom and terracotta floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom. All amenities can be found in the kitchen (fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, dining table with 4 chairs, etc).

Summing up, you can find the following things in the flat:

1 Bedroom (double bed)
1 Living Room (Sofa, TV, Dining Table, 4 chairs)
1 Bathroom (shower & bath)
1 Open-plan Kitchen with all utilities

It is suitable for a couple with a young kid, as there is a double bed, and a cot. A high-chair and a bath-tub for the child is also available.

Should three adults be travelling together, we have an additional single bed that could be put up in the living room.

The studio is located next to a shopping centre, full of different shops, cinema, GP, etc.

The bus stop to go to the city centre is nearby. Logroņo is a cosy city and if you like walking, getting to the city centre is a twenty-minute walk.

Logroņo is the capital city of La Rioja, a well-known Spanish region due to its wine.
