We are a couple of professors of secondary. Now we are retired.
The exchange house is a summer-house where we pass a lot of weekends and the most period of vacations. It is next to the beach of Laredo.
It has 105 m2, a living room with a wide terrace, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen totally equipped.
From the terrace of the living room and of the mainly room you can enjoy with beautifull shigts of the beach and the sea and from the kitchen and the rest of the rooms you can relaxed with beautiful views of the river and mountains.
The building has six flours with an elevator and our flat is in the sixth.
There is a small garden with games for children and a tennis court. We also have a garage.
From Laredo you can visit a lot of places of interest: Bilbao (60 km) with the Guggenheim museum, Santander (40 km),the caves of Altamira, Santillana del Mar, Picos de Europa, the coast of the Bay of Biscay ...

Laredo is a town of about 13000 inhabitants, but in summer the population increases a lot because the beach is very long .In the town many activities are been organized , mainly for the children and near to our house you can go for a walk, for riding...
In Laredo and in the Gothic churches of surroundings villages some concerts of classic music are organized.
