It is a basement flat with its own patio in the back for outdoor meals in a rural, well located village with nice natural sorroundings.

Built just in 2007. Near Ski runs of Javalambre for winter, not far from Canet valencian beaches.

Many UK and Irish low cost airlines fly to the Valencia airport (ryanair, thomsonfly, easyjet, jet2...).


2 big bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (sleep two), and the other with two twin beds (sleep four). A Big sitting room with everyting. Wireless internet access. A big kitcheen with everything plus a big table and six chairs.


Many outdoor activities, tennis, basket, swimming pool, excursions, etc are posible.


Teruel city (70.000 inhabitants) can be accessed by car or train in just ten minutes where many tipical restaurants and tabernas can be enjoyed, as well as nice city center streets to walk and museums to visit such as the one containing the "Teruel lovers tombs" (see picture here), etc.

The famous dinosaurs excavations and thematic park is also at a drive distance (fifteen minutes) etc., etc. Childreen can play outdoors or in a garden behind.
