Nice and cozy apartment of 75 meters and fully furnished. Located in the lower part of the building. In a quiet neighborhood community.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two beds.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a big table with chairs.
It has a pleasant climate in summer.
Very close to shopping center, shops, medical center, etc..
Located in a town of nearly 20,000 inhabitants near Granada and well connected with bus service (12 minutes). Only 5 km from the center of Granada, 6 km from the Alhambra, 34 km from Sierra Nevada, 60 km from the beach.
