The Beach House is in the Residential Area of El Tosalet in Jávea, Province of Alicante. Our House has an interesting spanish atmosphere and is in a secure urbanization very near from the village a few km away from some private beaches with cliffs. The area is full of restaurants, sea activities, and amazing views: the sea on one side and rocky green mountains on the other. The urbanization looks like a tropical area full of palm trees and colorful flowers. The house is 2km away from the sea and 10km away from amazing small different beaches. For those interested I can send a full list of activities and places to visit. The summer night live is the best in the whole Region of Valencia and the village is well known in the whole of Spain for its amazing landscapes.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family that lives in Valencia (Spain) and we have a very big and beautifull Second Home that we only use in August. We think its a shame the house is not used through out the year and we would like to use it to visit new areas, specially in Winter or July.
