The Studio is located in the South of Gran Canaria, in the town of Maspalomas, San Agustin. 100m to the beach.
The complex has 2 swimming pools, tennis court, nice communal areas, clean and well maintained.
The studio is clean and nice, with 10 m2 terrrace. A/C,dishwasher,washing machine, fridge, microwave...,satellite tv, double bed, single bed and bed sofa.
It is a beach property in a nice place, close to the beach. Very pleasant

Small flat but in really good condition. Fully equiped, ready for a great holiday in a sunny place.

The reason why I want to do the exchange is because I want to spend a few months in Germany or France to take classes. It would be only 1 person, and therefore A studio would do.
