Exchange Zones

It is a large detached house with garden and swimming pool, a large porch, barbecue and wood oven works. We have 5 bedrooms (sleeps up to 10 people), 3 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, a gym. It is in a very quiet area adjacent to countryside but 5 mins walk from village with variety of facilities, half an hour from Madrid and famous medieval city of Toledo. Nearby is the Roman villa of Carranque and it is also half an hour from Aranjuez, Warner Park, Faunia, the zoo and the amusement park of Madrid, the Xanadu shopping centre and indoor snow slope ... It is our habitual residence, but we can do a non-simultaneous exchange, because we have an independent floor, where there is a room with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD, a shower room and gym. We have a travel cot if needed. In this case, we would be happy to share with you the kitchen and other areas. Accept smokers, but smoking outside the house.
